‘Great Place to Work’ 2024: We’re a 10/10!

We are delighted to share that Scandit has been certified as a ‘Great Place to Work’ for a third consecutive year! And that’s not all — this is our best year yet, with certifications earned in all 10 countries we were eligible for: Switzerland, UK, USA, Spain, France, Germany, Finland, Poland, Italy, and Japan!

86% of Scandits feel this is a great place to work, an increase of 14% compared to the previous year. This means our values (pioneer spirit, dedication, innovation, getting things done, having fun, and team spirit) have contributed to an inclusive, supportive, collaborative, and productive work environment that transcends geographical boundaries — and given this year we welcomed the MarketLab team as part of an asset acquisition, we are especially proud to have received this vote of confidence from Scandits all over the world.

  • 98% of Scandits feel people are treated fairly regardless of sexual orientation
  • 97% believe people are treated fairly regardless of race
  • 96% agree that people are treated fairly across all age groups
  • 94% confirm fair treatment regardless of gender

Empowerment and resources

We are highly aware the support of direct managers goes a long way in creating a great workplace, which is why we are thrilled to discover:

  • 94% state it’s easy to ask their managers for help
  • 93% feel safe discussing a mistake they made with their managers
  • 91% feel empowered by their managers to do their best work
  • 91% confirm their managers enable them to get things done (i.e., a key Scandit value)

At the same time, we also take pride in providing our team with the proper environment they need to excel:

  • 99% of Scandits consider Scandit a physically safe workplace
  • 91% agree our facilities contribute to a good working environment
  • 89% feel they are given the resources and equipment to do their jobs effectively

Wellbeing, fun, and work-life balance

In an ever-changing work landscape, we continue to prioritize the holistic wellbeing of our team and we’re delighted to see our efforts are paying off:

  • 89% confirm people celebrate special events here

Our flexible work arrangements — whether office-based, remote, or hybrid — reflect our understanding that one size does not fit all.
